INTRODUCING OUR NEWEST PROJECT: A FOUR-MODULE, STEEL-FRAMED HOME BY AUSTRALIAN STEEL FRAMING AND BROADWORTH MODULAR AT MURRAYS BEACH, NSW
Our team collaborated closely with Central Coast's modular construction company, Broadworth Modular, to create an extraordinary modular home for clients at the stunning Murrays Beach on Lake Macquarie.
Situated on the Wallarah Peninsula, Murrays Beach lies to the east of Lake Macquarie, with its 'beach' actually being a serene lakeside shore.
Despite being part of a private estate, Murrays Beach invites the public to enjoy this peaceful community, with access to a lakeside wharf and BBQ amenities, while soaking in the captivating views of Pulbah Island. Officially established in 2006, Murrays Beach was shaped into an eco-friendly neighborhood by the Stockland Development Group and the likes of Broadworth Modular.

Aligned with contemporary, eco-friendly building techniques, this latest house construction, featuring four modules and large decks, was prefabricated offsite using our Truecore steel frames and assembled on-site in less than 18 weeks! Meanwhile, some nearby projects have been ongoing for over three years.
Delivery and Installation Gallery:
Broadworth's modular, steel-framed strategy not only expedited the building process but also reduced environmental disturbance at the site, demonstrating our dedication to sustainable construction.
